BENEFIT TEA

Tea for beverage comes from tea crop leaf ( Camellia sinensis). Among various variation (of) original tea ( the traditional tea) in marketing and often is made tea beverage is green tea, black tea, white tea, and red tea.

Tea has two gains, firstly functioning tea as natural beverage and makes delicious taste. Second, tea has health gain.

Tea contains high polyphenol antioxidant. Besides, according to the American Dietetic Association a cup of tea also contains caffeine like coffee.

Functioning polyphenol antioxidant prevents and lessens free radical forming. Research gets free radical responsible at ageing process and degenerative disease like coroner heart sickness, diabetes mellitus, and neoplastic disease.

Drinks tea 4-6 cups per day lessens stomach cancer risk, red lane and skin. Other research shows two teacup;teapots per day reduces ovary cancer risk at woman. You can drink tea 1-6 cups per day ( 0,6-2 g. spring tea 100 ml water).
